Kristi Gullickson, PharmD, DPLA, MBA, FASHP, FMSHP is Director of Pharmacy at Allina Health, Abbott Northwestern Hospital, a 700 staffed-bed teaching hospital in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Gullickson is the System Director Lead for Pharmacy Operations & Oncology and is currently developing the Central Pharmacy Services Strategy for the health system. She is the Residency Program Director for the hospital's PGY2 Health-System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership residency program. She received her pharmacy degree from North Dakota State University and received her MBA in Healthcare Administration from New England College. Gullickson serves as Director at Large on the Vizient Pharmacy Network Executive Committee; Faculty, ASHP Manager Boot Camp; and Minnesota delegate to the ASHP House of Delegates. She has previously served ASHP as Chair, Section of Pharmacy Practice Leaders Executive Committee; Chair, Council on Pharmacy Practice; House of Delegates, SAG member, ASHP expert panel member for Controlled Substance Diversion Prevention and the ASHP/APhA Medication Management in Care Transitions project. She is a Past-President of the Minnesota Society of Health System Pharmacists and was awarded the 2020 MSHP Hallie Bruce Memorial Lecture Award, MSHP’s highest award in recognition of significant contributions to the profession of pharmacy, humanity and public health.
