Michael Sanborn, MS, FACHE, FASHP

Baylor Scott & White Health System

Mike Sanborn is Chief Growth Officer at Baylor Scott & White Health, the largest not-for-profit health system in Texas. The system’s integrated delivery network includes Baylor Scott & White Health Plan, Baylor Scott & White Research Institute, Baylor Scott & White Quality Alliance and its leading digital health platform, MyBSWHealth. Through 51 hospitals and more than 1,200 access points, including flagship academic medical centers in Dallas, Fort Worth and Temple, the system offers the full continuum of care, from primary to award-winning specialty care, as well as an array of virtual and in-home services.

As Chief Growth Officer, Sanborn is responsible for continued expansion and partnerships that improve not only access but also experiences. In
previous roles, he served as president of Baylor Scott & White All Saints Medical Center – Fort Worth and Baylor Scott & White – Carrollton. Earlier in his career, he served as corporate vice president for cardiovascular services and in pharmacy leadership.

A fellow of both American College of Healthcare Executives and American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, Sanborn received a Bachelor of Science degree in pharmacy and a Master of Science degree in pharmacy administration from the University of Kansas
